Returns & Exchange

Refunds of returned products will have a flat-rate return label fee deducted from their total. To thank our repeat customers, we do provide complimentary return labels for items being refunded in the form of store credit. Original shipping costs are always non-refundable and will not be refunded ...

We don't offer exchanges at this time. Customers wishing to "exchange" are welcome to return their item for store credit and place a new order using the store credit at your own convenience. Store credit will be issued as soon as your return package starts in transit to us.

Gift receipts can be created for part or all of any order. Have your order number and shipping zip code ready. 

All of our leather goods are guaranteed for life for manufacturing defects. If you believe that your leather item has a manufacturing defect, please email our customer service team at support@artisankraftstudio.com with photos of the issue, as well as proof of purchase.

START MY RETURN In order to return an item, click on "Start My Return" which will be on your order form when you log into your account and complete the process within 30 days of delivery (this window is extended around holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition.Please also read here for our full refund policy.

 

 

 

When will my refund be issued?

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email notification and your refund will be issued immediately. Store credit refunds will be issued via a digital gift card sent to your email address. Please note that it can take some banks 1-2 weeks to process your refund.
